Amy Guerrieri, CEO & Founder

Amy is the founder, CEO and visionary force behind Rockin’ Products LLC, a company dedicated to creating and promoting healthy and great tasting products that can truly make a difference for kids.
Amy has also recently founded the Rockin’ Appalachian Mom Project, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to improving the nutritional well being of poverty-stricken families in Appalachia.
Amy and her husband founded Upper Crust Bagel Company with locations in Old Greenwich, CT and Rye, NY along with LexZee Catering. They co-own Arcadia Cafe also in Old Greenwich. Amy has over 16 years of successful retail Sales and Marketing experience. She has seen firsthand how Moms buy products for their kids.
Previously, Amy held a regional sales manager position for a promotional advertising company. Amy received her BA from William Patterson University. She and her husband have 4 children.

Robert Guerrieri, COO & Founder

Robert and his wife Amy started Rockin’ Products LLC. The first launch from this company is Rockin’ Water kids’ beverage – a fortified beverage with the nutrition kids need and a taste they’ll love.
Robert also co-owns and oversees operations for Upper Crust Bagel Company, LexZee Catering and Arcadia Cafe. He has over 16 years of experience managing all aspects of the couples business ventures – everything from cash flow and inventory management to hiring and motivating quality employees.
Previously, Robert held several management positions with Mobil Oil Corporation. Robert received a BS from the University of Rhode Island. He and Amy have four children.

John Craig, President

John has over 18 years experience delivering innovation-driven growth across a broad range of consumer package goods businesses, including many $200MM+ brands, global brands and small brands/starts-ups.
John worked for Kraft Foods for 10 years managing brands including Capri Sun, Kool-Aid & Crystal Light. He also has 5 years of CPG sales experience. He was a key member of the launch team that established Ayala’s Herbal Water, a start-up Natural Channel beverage. John is best known for launching Crystal Light On The Go, now a $200 Million business.  He is also a Principal at 80 And Go Growth Advisors.
John graduated with a BS in Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from Miami of Ohio. He and his wife have 4 children.

Jenifer Howard, PR Consultant

Jenifer specializes in public relations consulting for consumer product companies, food and beverage products, non-profit organizations, healthcare, real estate and the arts.  With a passion for kids, causes, food, music, the arts, and social media, Jenifer has more than 25 years of marketing and public relations experieince that spans years on the consulting, corporate and agency side of PR, with time at two of the top public relations agencies in the U.S. -- Ketchum Public Relations and Public Communications Inc. -- and one of the hiest regarded consumer products companies, Dreyer's and Edy's Grand Ice Cream.  For the past 10+ years, Jenifer has serviced clients' public relations needs with her own consulting business based in Greenwich, Conn.  J. Howard Public Relations.
Jenifer has a BA from Columbia College, Chicago.

Steve Zide - Advisor/Investor

Steve is Managing Director of Bain Capital, a leading global private investment firm that manages over $60 billion in assets. Prior to this he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis law firm where he specialized in representing private equity and venture capital firms. He has also served as director for several private and public companies and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board of Boston University school of law.
Steve has a BA from the University of Rochester, a JD from Boston University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
